Hey Guys,
We've got a MacBook in that the user has advised that when he puts it to sleep it sometimes completely powers down.
As we've been completing some testing, we have had it on charge with the Ammeter and when we go back to check on it, the Ammeter shows 20V 0A. If we disconnect the battery and reconnect, it then starts charging as normal.
The board looks pristine.
We've tested another with another battery and it still faults in the same way. We've also tested in another housing and still the same.
Any advice on what would be causing this or what we can do to resolve this?
