820-02016 Air M1 dead

Hey i have a problem with this M1 Macbook.
It comes in with a shorted UF400.
I replaced this but still no boot.

In the first seconds when i plug it in. It takes 200 mA. And the it stays on 27 mA.
I tried DFU also. No DFU possible, i tried even with force dfu pins.


I checked

PPBUS_AON = 12,00V
PP3v8_AON_VDDMAIN = 3.8V
PP5v_S2 = 5,19V
PP3v3_S2_UPC = 3,3V
PP3v3_UPC0_LDO = 3.3V
PPDCIN_AON_CHGR_R= 5,1V

I dont know what to check more. Can you help?

USB-C ports switch to 20V now?

UF400 controls DFU, so you may still have a problem there.
Be sure to use good/compatible chip.
