820-02020 5V ticking and power cycle

Board got liquid damage near UC710 and UC300 no shorts found.

When I plug charger I get 5V 0.050A and I can hear a clicking noise coming from U8100.

PPBUS is 12.3V

PP3V8_AON_MPMU_ISNS_VIN is cycling around 1.7V to 0.5V

Do you get U8100 LDO voltages?

If diode mode readings at LDOs and U7800 coils are good, then need to change the PMU.

Do you think that pad could be a problem? it's U8100 pad 136 MPMU_AMUX_BY

Also Caps nearby U8100 need to be all present? I lost C8167 C8169 C8183

In boardview, that is pad 143.

I see many more empty pads in the picture.
I'm pretty sure not all are "NC".
In the center I see one pad covered by another pad also.
