820-02020 a2338 coffee damage

after i clean the affected areas i manage to turn on this macbook i just having problems on battery that cant charge
even i change new battery. i just notice i didnt get voltage on PPVBAT_AON with diode to ground 1.542
but i have voltage on PPVBAT_AON_CHGR_R and CHGR_BGATE (Q5265) which is 13v

i decided to change u5200 (intersil 9240HI) but i notice i used the intersil chip with 9239HI
now the macbook cant turn on having 5.19V with 1.42a usb meter after this i decided to put back the original u5200 but i still getting 5.19V
now i dont get voltage on PPBUS_AON with diode to ground 0.485

i dont know what to do next. please advice me. thanks in advance.

visual Check Q5230/40 looks ok this part not affected from coffee spill.

PPDCIN_AON_CHGR_R |P_IN 5.2V
CHGR_AUX_DET 1.3V
VDDA 5.1V VDDP 5.1V
EN_MVR 0V
AUX_OK 0V
CHGR_AMON 0V
CHGR_BMON 0V
all 0V is not shorted.

Probably bad U7100, or bad solders.
I said to check Q5230/40, not to look them!
I hope ISL9239 didn't affect them.
Should not, but if you don't want to confirm, is your choice...

bad U7100? i cant see this chip
Q5230/40 how to check? do u mean by replacing this two?
anyway i didnt get any voltage from L5230 and there is no shortcircuit on this area specially Q5230/40
there are chances to spoil this two Q5230/40 after replacing ISL9239?

Sorry, U5200 in this case.

Q5230/40 can be checked like any other MOSFETs.
There are many sites on Internet, about how to check a MOSFET; Google helps you.

Update:
after i changed u5200 came from a1932 board, now can on again, but im still not getting
voltage on PPVBAT_AON
also change Q5230/40 came from a1932 Q7660/80 still the same issue
PPVBAT_AON 0V diode to ground 1.542

(also change Q5230/40 came from a1932 Q7660/80 still the same issue)
this my mistake after i change this im not having 20v on usb meter.
so i tried put back the original Q5230/40

i tried change q5265 came from a1932 no changes

measurements below is the same before and after q5265 replacement. :
PPVBAT_AON_CHGR_REG 12v
PPVBAT_AON_CHGR_R 12v
CHGR_BGATE 12v
PPDCIN_USBC_AON 20v
SAVE_BAT_G 5.5v
SYS_DETECT 3.8v
SYS_DETECT_L 0V 0.502 diode to ground
PP3V8_AON 3.8v
I2C_SMC_PWR_3V3_SDA 3.2v
I2C_SMC_PWR_3V3_SCL 3.2V
PPVBAT_AON 0V diode to ground 1.542

What is the exact PPBUS_AON voltage?
You are looking for PPVBAT_AON, do you have the battery connected?

PPBUS_AON 12.01V
PPVBAT_AON 0V without battery

PPVBAT_AON 2.5V-3.2V looping with original battery (drained)
PPVBAT_AON 2.5V-3.2V looping with new battery with 70% change

using original 87watts usb c power adapter

So you are concerned to get 0V at PPBVBAT_AON without battery???
Why do you expect voltage there in such case?

Is that picture from the machine diagnosting in this thread?
