820-02020 M1 drawing 20v not turning on

PPBUS_AON_3V3S2_VIN_ISNS was shorted to ground. I passed 3v through it and uc710 was getting hot, I replaced it, the shot was gone but it’s still not turning on. And it’s drawing charging current.

Pufff, overvoltage occured on 3V3_S2 power rail.
What is actual voltage there?
