Lift LC710 and check where the low resistance remains.

Bad news, there are many chips connected.
Injecting voltage will not heat something to find with fingers; an IR cam may help you.

I recommend to remove UC810 first and check if low resistance disappears.

I was take UL000 out the S2 line now 0.300 and PP3V3_S2 3.3v
there is Chime sound but DP800 0V with screen connected of course.
PPVOUT_LCDBKLT_SW 0V -800 on DP800
PPVOUT_LCDBKLT 0V 1080 on DP800

3V3_SW_LCD should appear, at least in the first few seonds (when chime).
LPDP_INT_HPD must go high at same time.
