820-02020 stuck at 1% charge

Clean board, no history.

OS was reinstalled clean via DFU.

Battery is recognized in OS but shows fair state and wont charge past 1% this is the original battery and it looks in good condition physically, exact same thing happens with new battery.

Already replaced U5200 same thing, in this case I dont know where to start, please advice.

Check Q5265 voltages.
Change it, just in case.

The above tells me all is good but I replaced it based in your recommendation

Be sure SYS_DETECT_L is steady low.
Check voltage and diode mode to ground of UD200/201 all SCL/SDA lines.

Q5155 was the problem, SYS_DETECT was 0.100 in diode mode and correct value is 0.480 battery was also bad.

Board now charges, but with new and original battery the Mac shows the battery condition as fair and with only 1% health, already did another DFU restore and the problem is the same.

Can you do full charge/discharge cycle?
