820-02020 Stuck t 5V

Hello guys,

Got this 820-02020 for board repair and don't have much experience with M1 motherboard.

It is stuck at 5V 0.00A and rarely moves to 0.08A with no short present on board.

PPBUS_AON bouncing from 10V to 12.26V
PP3v8_AON bouncing from 3.68V to 3.79V
PP3v3_S2 bouncing from 2.80V to 3.10V

Both the CD3217 do the same reading and DFU doesn't work.
The board after the water damage has been ultrasonic cleaned not by me.
What can I check?

Compare diode mode readings on the power rails with good board.
If not available, check if logi.wiki has some values listed.

Also check voltage on the coils around U7700 and U8100.
