820-02020 - UF260 shorted

The client reported that the Mac was working, but it stopped recognizing the charger and the battery ran out.

The board is perfect, with no oxidation. But in diode mode, the PP3V3_UPC0_LDO line was altered by 0.033. The UF260 was heating up a lot.

My question: can I replace just the UF260 or is it paired with the CD3217? Would I need to replace all three together?

You can replace only UF260.
Must be from same model donor board.
If not, you need to reflash it with correct firmware.
