water damage just on U9300 was replaced it and few the compnents around and few jumpers.
PPBUS 9-12v pulsing
all the voltage around U9300 pulsing 70%-95% off they corrent voltage.
charger 5v A pulsing A1.2-0.2

Probably bad CPU.
Very likely iquid around U9300 caused damage on the Viper Power Stages.
