If not, check voltage on the coils around U7700 and U8100.

PPVDD_DISP_AWAKESW short.. diode mode 0.005 good board show 0.0771 there after injection 1.5v there now its 0.0185

May have a problem with U7700, a filter cap, or M1.
Check first U8100 and U7700 LDOs; pages 41 & 37.

PP1V8 LDO is missing no short.
the water damage was at area of:
UD600
RD650
C8100-103-replaced
U8440
UT000
i was reball and clean all.
no short found

Do you mean PP1V8_AON?
In such case, U8100 is the first suspect.
Can also have bad solders underneath; try reballing it first.
