820-02098 orange light but never green

Hi,
i have this board with orange light magsafe 3 but not green, when I test the Mac in MRI, can't detect power adapter.
I use an original power adapter 96W with original cable. the board is clean, no liquid, nothing burn.
I try the board without battery (orange led), is it normal?
the Mac work, I can see the system, but battery not detected and magsafe power adapter not detected too.
I don't know where can I search.
Can you help me please?
I test C5220=2 ohm and C5260= 2ohm.

Magsafe light should turn to green when battery is fully charged.
Isn't your case, as the battery is not even detected.

Be sure the battery data cable is correct one; test known good working, just in case.
Check continuity between battery board and MLB.
ALso check voltage and diode mode at SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.

hi, ok for the green light. I check the data cable is OK.
Voltage:
SDA= 0,1V
SCL= 0,7V
in diode mode with battery, no power:
SDA=0,456V
SCL=0,456V
in diode mode without battery, no power:
SDA=0,52V
SCL=0,52V

No good SCL/SDA voltages.
Check UD102/50 and their adjacent resistors.
