First time I get a 820-02188 here, clean board, tested with different original charger and same thing.
I dont even know where to start with this boards, but charger and board alone gives me no voltage anywhere, I then located what I think it is ppbus line and started there with 4V, 8V then 12V and there is no short, also check all around for shorts and found nothing.
Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
