820-02382 Keyboard Caps Light

My reference Only: TT9919

Board history: Severe liquid damage all around C7701 and surrounding areas. I replaced about 20 or so capacitors in this area.
When I put everything back together, everything on the board was working, including the keyboard caps lock light. But when I sealed it up all the way, the caps lock light no longer was working, the fans were going at full speed, and I noticed the LCD screen would not come on unless I pressed the power button once, then it would light up for about 1 second, then go black. If I pressed the power button again, it would again light up for 1 second and go black. I troubleshot some more, and whenever I unplugged the keyboard, the screen would stay on longer then 1 second, acting normal.
I probed the keyboard JT200 pin 5, and only when the keyboard was plugged in did I get what I thought was a short. I have since ordered a new keyboard but with this keyboard I am getting the same thing.
RT119 Is getting voltage. I don't know where to go from here.

KBD_ID2 is probably shorted to ground inside KB, for identification purpose.
When Caps Lock is activated, KBD_CAP_CATHODE should drop to 0V.

Fans still spin to max, when KB is disconnected?

I found C5888 was knocked off the board, so I replaced it. Fans do not spin at all now no matter if keyboard is plugged in or not. I am also not seeing the Apple logo with progress ba unless I press the power button a couple times while it does boiot up. I just see the customers login name briefly for that 1 second again when pressing the power button.
I got 1.83v on KBD_CAP_CATHODE. I tried pressing the caps lock too, no change.
I also have no voltage on BKLTCONN_3V8_IOUT.
RD966 seems a little low, at 3.2v pins 1 and 2, pin 3 I get 0v, pin 3 and 4 I get .2v flucuations.
C7768 PP1V2_AON_SPMU has 0v.
PPVOUT_LUXE I have 0v, UP800 appears to have voltage going in, but nothing coming out.

Now I am at 5v with the USB meter.
No Magsafe light is coming on. I did try reflowing the UP800 but is looks like 5v is getting to the U5200, but hardly anything is going out. This chip 489900a4, I am assuming would cause this like the U7000 chips? I have 0 of these chips in stock. Could you help me identify the problem here?

RD966 must have 3.8V on all four pins; change it, if not.

Other LDOs missing on SPMU?
Also check on MPMU.
If any missing, be sure corresponding PMU gets 3V8 input.
If yes, check diode mode to ground on missing LDOs.

CAPSLOCK_LED_EN goes high pressing Caps Lock key?

RD966 does not have any components. I have another persons board in here and verified there is nothing on this part of the board. I still need to stick one on it?

No, if there is direct connection.
In such case, pins 3/4 and UD960 are not used.
Okay, that makes sense, thank you.
I am lost on checking these LDO's. I have the XinZhiZao boardview and schematic, but this board is not the exact board layout I have. Most of it is correct, but some of it is not. The XinZhiZao software is for the 820-02382-16, but I am working on 820-02382-A.
Magsafe light is not coming on.
U5200 is getting 5v to C5223 PPDCIN_AON_CHGR,
CHGR_AUX_DET is .840v
F5200 and F5201 I am getting nothing.
The battery connector J5150 just broke off from being flipped around too many times. Would this affect this?

R5215/16 divider gives 1.25V for AUX_DET; like for previous ISL9240.
If both resistors are good, then you have problems with U5200, or Q5216.

Okay, I was getting .8v on both resistors so I have replaced both of these resistors. R5216 I did not have the exact resistor, so I replaced it with a 270k even though it calls for a 255K. R5216 I had the exact one 750k. Now I am getting 1.32v from both. R5215 pin 1 I get 5v. I also replaced Q5216, but still no magsafe light is coming on. Looks like the I got to wait on U5200 now to come in. Any other troubleshooting I should try?

Remove F5200/1 and check C5250 voltage.
I got nothing both before and after removing the two fuses on C5250. I did replace U5200 too. I am going to attach some images of this pad that is missing, the boardview that I have does not show these two pads, so I have no idea what they are there for. Maybe you may know? I did notice there was some residue around UF800. I tried flowing with flux and no good with this either.

I do have another customers board in here now and their board on C5223 in diode mode is .621, and the board we are currently working on shows .895. I do see right in the area of pin 10 for U5200, a top part of the board looks like a small top surface layer of the board is missing. I am wondering if it is down far enough to affect this. See the image with the red circle for this.

Keep F5200/1 removed and check U5200 basic voltages; P_IN, AUX_DET, VDDA/P, SMC_RST_IN, EN_MVR, AUX_OK, A/BMON.

Check resistance over C5220/60.
Also check Q5230-33/40 and R/C5230/40.
