820-02773 USB Activity but no image WiFi issue

[No-Clean]

Board came in with WiFi shorted and not booting.

Customer wants info, with WiFi removed I get 20V and USB activity but no image, trackpad clicks and caps lock fine.

No LCD connected and external monitor same problem, known good LCD same problem

Lid angle sensor ok, LCD screen flex ok.
