820-2179-C - no sound

I have a 820-2179 it all works, except there is no sound,

I have tried everything else,

new sound card, new speakers, new everything except the logic board,

any ideas how I could fix it, or what I should replace on the board,

Diode mode on all pins of J4260? Connector damaged? Known good flat cable?

Pin 11,13,15 the diode mode reading is wrong. PPBUS should have a lower reading I believe but this is an ancient board so could be wrong. Check if the audio board is actually getting power.
