820-2330-A Green light no power

I have a problem with an 820-2330 that doesn't turn on: it has these voltages.

PPBUS_G3H = 12.66
PP3V42_G3H = 3.41
PP5V_S3 = 0V
PP3V3_S5 = 3.3

Did you check C7771 voltage?
Check it anyway...

yes, I also changed it just in case and it gives 1.1V; It also doesn't turn on with SMC bypass.

Allow 15-20s after power is remoced and check resistance (ohm scale) to ground at 3V42_G3H.
