Using a 60W charger because 85w got shorted out the other day...
Unit will not power on F7040 Shows 2.5 volts on meter.. Diode mode shows .153 Which is kind of a short?
I traced back F7040 it comes from pin 23 on u7000 which reads 2.5 v as well and the same .153 on diode mode...

It'll never power on from a 60W, but F7040 should have 12.6V. Check sense resistor circuits from ISL6258 and get a 85W charger that is actually an 85W
