820-2610-a 2009 macbook 17" 2009, no liquid damage, green light , not turning on , 8.41v=PPBUS_G3H, what to do what to do

it was turning on 2 days ago , any GPU issue ? or gpu caps ?

Shorting power pads to turn it on? Replaced C7771?

Shorting power pads does not turn on , c7771 didnt chk yet, why ppbus 8.41v

I'm guessing 8.4 volts because that's what some of the older boards run on. If you're sure there's no liquid near the SMC or on the board, nothing to worry about then. I'd say see what voltage you get on C7771 when you short the power pads.

Oh and using known good 85 watt?

UPDATE, EXTERNAL 12.6V ON FUSE BOARD WORKS, so isl no good ? it producing 8.41v?

My bad for that I just realized this is a pro forgive me my brain is scrambled. Let's start over, using known good Magsafe 1 85 watt? Voltage on pin 1 and two of the fuse?

First check voltage on C7771, if not 1.1V replace C7771.
