820-2838 Green led no boot

this board liquid near U7000 & U7201, i change the caps damage.
I have green led
G3 rails are good, S5 rail too, but S3 rails are 0V except PP5V_S3_REG, and S0 rail at 0V
SMC_PM_G2_EN=3,433V
PM_SLP_S4_L=0V
PM_SLP_S3_L=0V
Y2810 pin1 =1,569 . pin2=1,750V
I try to short the power pad but nothing, i have SMC_ONOF_L = 3,433V

PP5V_S3_REG cannot be present if PM_SLP_S4_L=0V. Go back and check again. You must manually power on these boards.

PP5V_S3_REG=0 indeed. when i short power pad (R5015), the fan do nothing and the power rail S3 and S0, always to 0v.

U7201 already replaced? It could be so many things. Inspect corroded areas again. Crap under SMC/MCP maybe?
