Hello, got this macbook air 820-2838 motherboard, which has a green light with charger plugged in, but won't power on machine. No visible knocked off components or liquid damage. After checking power aliases found out that PP5V power rail missing from machine, not sure where to start troubleshooting as coils, IC's looks completely fresh. Thank you in advance for tips!

S0 is the last power state, corresponding to active/fully working board.
You should check the previous states.
Keep in mind the power on sequence:
G3H -> S5 -> SUS -> S4 -> S3 -> S0.
Check corresponding signals and voltages.
