removed F7040/F7041, pin 1 pad is 8.35v

However, put F7040/F7041 back on, pin 1 would become 2.04v

also measured L7330 is shorted to ground.

Do you mean the short is on the pad 2 of F7040/1?
Can we know the exact ohm value?
Compare it with the readings on all big coils of the board.

yes short is on the pad 2 of f7040/1

Do you mean the ohm value of L7330? It is 0 ohm to ground.

Or are you refering to ohm value of others? do I remove the F7040/1 again to measure?

You said the short is on the system part; of course it appears on L7330 ONLY when you solder back F7040/41.
I talk about secondary power supplies, the other big coils from the board.

all big coil diode mode reading (Red on ground)

L9710 447
L7795 427
L7260 309
L7220 328
L7031 350
L7030 350
L8020 003
L7425 042
L7415 042
L7630 016
L7330 0

I also measured C7325 and the short come from pin 2 side of it only. pin 1 is not shorted.

Bad Q7335?

Remove Q7330 and check if short goes off from PPBUS_G3H.

Lift L7330 one side and see where its short remains.

Removed Q7330, short is gone.

Replaced Q7330, fan started to spin. Confirmed this board is working now.

Thanks!
