PPDCIN_G3H 16.8V

PP3V42_G3H 0V (resistance line to GND 284 ohms)

PPBUS_G3H 0.710V

Already checked 17/18 27/28 of U7000

You already gave the answer and that is a short/low resistance to GND on 3V42. Could be anything on that rail and 284 Ohm is not enough to heat something up.

may be cut pcb

Probably trash if there is a hole burned in the board. But you can dig it out and pray....
