820-2850-A no bluetooth - one USB port not working.

Check if the other USB port work, if yes, in the bad one could be bad data coil, missing 5V...

For bluetooth, check for any damage around WiFi/Bluetooth connector also check if flex cable is not loose on any side...

Trackpad/keyboard working? If yes then issue is probably not related. First check data lines on USB port on diode mode.

strangely wifi working perfect. but the bluetooth doesnt work at all. it doesnt even get detected.

Diode mode on USB data pins? Which port is not working? Checked the coil in the data lines? It may be 2 separate issues.

Hey duke, finally got around to this one. Replaced coil got it working bluetooth still not recognised but i have now marked this as a donor since it started presenting some gpu issues. what a waste of time...
