I replaced isl6259 from water damaged donor board that looked fucked. Now I get green light kind of blinking and PPBUS_G3H is going from 3 to 12 and going up and down. Does this mean probably the 6259 I used is bad?

Is it stable when battery connected? Does PP3V3_s5 pulse too?
