Issue happens with external and internal boot drive
Issue happens when trying to boot to safe mode.
Verbose boot hopefully provides some clues (last 2 lines)
IOBluetoothFamily -- missing Bluetooth Controller Transport!

I have tried unplugging the screen cable which connects the bluetooth module but it has bade no difference.
SMC Reset with and without cable connected - no difference
Happy to provide more information but I do not know where to start on this one.
