820-2879 Green light, quarter fan spin

Hello,


I got this logic board 820-2879. No signs of water damage. I get a green light. When shorting power pads I get a quarter fan spin and PPVCORE_S0_CPU pulses for a blink at about 0.9V.


PPBUS_G3H is 12.56V. What should I measure next?

U7000, resistance on pins 17/18 and 27/28 is 4.5Ohm and 20.9Ohm respectively.

Any history to this thing? Without any this will be a time waster.

No water damage, but no history available... Should I ultrasonic it and give it another go before I throw it away?
