customer brought in computer, it powers on, starts to load apple logo makes a fuzzy line across the top part of the screen then goes to a blank white screen. any ideas where to look or start? tried booting with a good osx still the same thing. i ran asd efi everything was good, but when trying to run asd os it crashes at the same point during start up.
