I have an 820-2915 that was liquid damaged. Will not start up. Green light on the charger. Replaced C4691 due to it being burned. Cleaned in ultransonic tank and reassembled. Still a green light on the charger but will not power on.

I'm confused about U7201 and how it's powered by PP5V and at the same time it's the chip that generates it. How does that work?

PPBUS is missing so that is where everything stops. Checked stuff around U7000, pins 17/18, 27/28 resistance? Short on PPBUS?
