820-2915-B works with fake charger/PSU

Post U7000 basic voltages; pins 1, 2, 3, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 27 (with original charger).
Also check resistance (ohm scale) between pins 17/18 and 27/28.

Did you try SMC bypass?
 
1 CHGR_AGATE: 0V

2 CHGR_DCIN: 15.6,

3 CHGR_ACIN: 3.9V

9 CHGR_AMON:0V

12 PP3V42_G3H: 3.46

13 CHGR_RST_L: 3.46

14 SMC_BC_ACOK: 3.3V

15 CHGR_BMON: 0V

16 CHGR_BGATE: 5.2V

17 CHGR_CSO_N: 12.53

19 PP5V1_CHGR_VDD: 5V

20 PP5V1_CHGR_VDDP: 5V

27 CHGR_CSI_N: 16.2V

pins 17/18: 2.8 Ohm
27/28: 20.4 ohm

So you get correct PPBUS_G3H even with original charger.

There must be a sensor issue.
Check SMC_DCIN/PBUS_VSENSE.
 
By checking SMC DCIN, I noticed that

SMC_BC_ACOK: 3.3V BUT IT has a pulse to 0 every 400mS (PP3V42_G3H is stable)

SMC BC AC OK pulsing doesnt happen with the PSU
