SMC BYPASS works with original 85w adapter (board turn on and fan full speed)
So you get correct PPBUS_G3H even with original charger.
There must be a sensor issue.
Check SMC_DCIN/PBUS_VSENSE.

By checking SMC DCIN, I noticed that
SMC_BC_ACOK: 3.3V BUT IT has a pulse to 0 every 400mS (PP3V42_G3H is stable)
SMC BC AC OK pulsing doesnt happen with the PSU

Did you check mentioned VSENSE sensors???
