the screen is good. I had a working board in there and it was working just before i swap this board in.

PPBUS_SW_LCDBKLT_PWR is shorted to ground. Q9706 looks busted. Let me change it first.

Replaced Q9706 fixed the problem. Backlight is back on and machine boot up.
