I messed up trying to scratch the U1800 in an attempt to find NC_LVDS_IG_BKL_PWM and damaged the LVDS_IG_PANEL_PWR pin.

Is there another signal pin that i can use to just hardwire this? can I use PP3V3_S0?

Which kind of damage?
LVDS_IG_PANEL_PWR is available at R2015, pin 1.

"to find NC_LVDS_IG_BKL_PWM"
All this damage because of not connected (NC) signal???

Yes I did with LCD connected, it now chimes with only black screen, nothing shows even with flashlight shinning.

There is no PP3V3_S0_LCD on this board?

diode mode to ground: LVDS_DDC_CLK/DATA = 370

i tried to connect PP3V3_S0 to LCD_BLKT_EN, LCD_PWR_EN, LCD_BKLT_PWM, I can see backlight but there is nothing on the screen.

If I left PP3V3_S0 connected to LCD_BLKT_EN, LCD_PWR_EN, LCD_BKLT_PWM:

- PP3V3_SW_LCD is 3.3v
- Pin4/J9000 = LVDS_DDC_CLK = 3.3v
- LVDS_DDC_DATA = 3.3v

The screen was working until I scratch up and damaged U1800...

Should I remove PP3V3_S0 and test again? but PP3V3_SW_LCD is derived from LCD_PWR_EN which was 0v before.

Oh I forget to mention, U9600 isnt presence on this board, it was removed and then hardwire bypass. The bypass was working before I scratched up the U1800.

hmm... how? I think i have screwed up by over scratching the U1800...

How come I dont see things on the screen if I jump 3.3v into LCD_BLKT_EN, LCD_PWR_EN, LCD_BKLT_PWM ?!

So you've broken some traces near the PCH?

BKL_SCL/SDA connects U9701 with PCH.
Is not just an enable signal there.

i have broken some traces on the PCH itself... perhaps i have even killed the PCH but the machine chimes when power on..
