820-2915 no trackpad and no kayboard

This board was tested with new trackpad and keyboard and they still dont work. Board problem. Any suspect?

Power to U5701? Other USB ports working?

Mouse light on USB
U5701 VDD - 0V

R5704 - 0ohm pin1 -0V
pin2 - 1.7V

I removed R5704 and I have
pin1 - 1.75V
pin2 - 0.11V

At R5704 no short on both pins.
Diode mode

pin1 - 0.460 and 0L
pin2 - 0.452 and 1.450

Should be 3V at R5704. Bad trace, run a wire.
