820-2915 trying to power up but fan move only 2mm

820-2915 . goy it with no green light on charger and on battery connector 12v was missing . replaced r7051 coz was faulty and u7000 also Q7030 and Q7035 now i have 5v jumping bettwen 12v on battery connector and fan trying to start up but no result. any idea?

check value for R7005 and resistance between pins 17-18 and 27-28 from U7000, report values.....

ALL_SYS_PWRGD coming high? PPBUS at 12.6V?

So ALL_SYS is not pulsing up when the fan moves? That means some rail is not coming on. Check on all coils which one is not pulsing. CPU Vcore and AXG excepted of course.
