820-2936-b green light, normal rotation, u7000 ? with hole and PPbus_g3h 12,26v

Hello friend, this board had the u7000 with a hole, I changed it and checked the resistors around, the voltages shown are: PPbus_g3h 12.26v, PP5v_s0 5.0v, PP3v42_g3h 3.49v, SMC_BATLOW_L 3,26v, SMC_ADAPTER_EN 3.47v, ALL_SYS_27 v, SMC_PM_G2_EN 3.49v. I hope these tensions make it easier to understand the problem

Post voltage and diode mode to ground on SCL/SDA lines of battery bus; charger removed, for diode mode!

SMBUS_SMC_BSA_SDA 2.318V and SMBUS_SMC_BSA_SCL 2.320V for diode mode.

I'm npt sure what you've posted there.
For diode mode, you should get OL measuring with black probe at ground; aprox 0.450-550 with red probe to ground.
And voltage should be aprox 3.3V on both lines...

I hope J6955 was disconnected.
Remove D6950 and check again.
