voltage checked:
PPBUS_G3H - 12.55v
PPDCIN_G3H - 16.5v
PP3V42_G3H - 3.42v
PPVRTC_G3H - 3.2v
PP5V_S5 - 5v
PP3V3_S5 - 3.3v
PP3V3_S4 - 3.3v
PP1V8_S0 - 1.78v
PP1V5_S3 - 1.5v
PPVTTDDR_S3 - 0.75v
PPVCCSA_S0_CPU - 0.91v
PP1V05_SUS - 1.05v
PP1V05_S0 - 1.05v
PPVCORE_S0_CPU - 1.15v ( is that a big problem?)

i even reprogramed bios and checked with 3 different lcd screens
Help please guys. i spend 8h on it and still nothing. Hope somebody will help. Is not about money now. is about my head. I will not going leave it until is fixed

1.15V on CPU means that it is hanging somewhere. If the board would boot that would drop down under 1V. It could be anything from a dead SMC to clock chip or any corroded resistor or trace. Crap under the PCH is possible, anything can cause this behavior.

Powering up and charging a battery doesn't prove anything at all. It could be anything and everything including the SMC/CPU/PCH. I'm afraid there is no "quick" solution for this.
