Where i can start troubleshooting?

Just replaced U7200 and i dont get FAN.

That just proves you are not even able to solder U7200 correctly. There was nothing wrong with the original!
This is just all hopeless.

I did before (another board) and the board works fine.
Right i Just inject 5v and the get the fan sniping, bc before just on and off.
