does it say 'plugged in not charging'

In osx says nothing.. only battery percentage and nothing when i plug the charger..

Yes duke, i did test with a new battery. so, you suggest to replace the Q7055?

Duke, at pin 5 of Q7055 have some variables voltages.. i see 12,54v for 5 or 6 segs.. and decrease in 6 segs to 0,95v ... like: 12,54v (for 6 segs) and 7v, 5v, 4v, 2v, 1,5v 0,95v.. (6segs) And 12,54v again!
When the battery is pluged in, have 12,55v stable. but stills having only green light.
With a battery half charged, i have 10v in pins 5,1,2,3 and 3,03v in pin 4.. this is without charger and macbook running.
With battery halft charged and magsafe pluged i have 12,54v at pins 1,2,3,5 and pin 4 have 5v.
what do you thing?

I replace it and same thing. with and without the battery i plug the charger and i have green light, orange for a moment.. and again green light and stuck in green.
dont charge the battery.

Nope, there are no shorted to ground.
