820-2936 pulsing SMC_PM_G2_EN

Like title says, 820-2936 with pulsing SMC_PM_G2_EN. Board looks clean. PPVRTC_G3H also pulses, and PPBUS_G3H sometimes goes between 12.55-12.63v. SMC reset is fine.

Dead SMC?

PPVRTC pulsing? Where was the liquid damage? PP3V3_S5 coming high?

ppvrtc pulses rapidly between 3.46v and 3.3v. No liquid as far as I can see.

EDIT: PP3v3_s5 PULSES on and off and PP5V_S5 pulses between 5v and 3.7v.

It is power cycling. Are all other rails cycling too?

PP3V3_S3 & S0 gives me pulses but only at max .2-3v, PP5V_S3 is 0-.02v. PP5V_S0 pulses around .18-.22v.

Got pulses on R7974? Cpu Vcore pulsing too? Check all rails for shorts
