it suffered oxidation in the SMC region and on the other side, the Mac is slow and goes up in safe mode. It already replaces the u5701, u5755 and u5750. PPbus_g3h 12.6V; PP3v42_g3h 3.42V; ALL 3.3V; PLT_RST_L 3.3V;
I don't understand you correctly.
If that is the original BIOS, was not good; machine didn't work good with it (was slow).
If you replace U6100, did you wrote backup board on it?
If yes, why changed serial number?
Do you have now new U6100 from other board and the serial from new board?
Is that the uploaded file?
In such case ME region must be cleaned, serial number modified and Fsys checksum fixed.
I took a scrap card and removed the chip from it and put it on this Mac that I'm fixing, resolved. I would not like to put the BIOS file from the old one because it is corrupted. I need a file with that serial number that I gave you.
So the dump uploaded is from the scrap board.
Then ME region MUST be cleaned too, not only changed serial number.
That's the reason I asked you to clarify.
I will make it tomorrow...
