before me the u7000 was modified. I changed it to be sure. I tried with 3 different batteries. The green light does not turn orange. The device turns on but does not charge. where should i start

Did you try disconnecting BIL (J6955)?
Check diode mode to ground at SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.

So the machine doesn't work without battery?

Remove the battery and fix PPB_G3H problem first.
Check resistance between pins 17/18 and 27/28 of U7000.
