board no liquid damage if i unplug flat cable board startup correctly chime and display just slow and fan full speed (good dc board et flat cable know, real charger), how to proceded ?

unplug what flat cable? You can't have chime if the IO board cable is unplugged....

So are you saying it turns on without the I/O cable plugged in? If so did you try a known good flat cable? Also inspect J4700 for any burned pins if so as well as the connector on the DC-in board.

turns on with display without flat cable connected, J4700 and dc-in board looks very clean

noticed : if i unplug and replug flat cable board will start correctly and if i shutdown and restart, board black screen no shime

However dc-in board et cable work very good another laptop

Is this the DC in board and cable meant for this machine? Airs of different years use different dc in boards and different cables.

Yeah, check part numbers on the IO board and flat cable.
