the board was liquid damaged, I can't remember where I did the rework, was done like 4 months ago and i forgot about this board.

board only can boot to recovery mode. when i try to load EL capitan or eariler version i get the no entry sign:

i've tried reinstall osx and still get no entry sign.

Was the SMC changed from a wrong donor? BIOS messed with?

I did changed the SMC at some point, I remember i changed because of this recovery mode problem. Ok i do it again, just to be sure will have a correct smc. I did try swap the bios from a donor but it still didnt boot to normal mode. Yes will have ME problem but it should boot..

BIOS should not give that sign, it will just hang during boot. SMC could definitely do this though so try again with known good one. Does this happen from both USB and internal SSD?

It could also be caused by bad RAM, so run ASD RAM test.
