820-3115-5 green light coming on and of every 10 second

Hi. I have strange board here. 820-3115-b.
green light on charger is on and of every 10 second and fan trying to spin and make beep noise . anybody know anything about that? i replaced new smc and still this same

PPBUS_G3H and 3V42 steady?
Try to start in SMC bypass mode.
Any history available?

actualy i manage to fix it. i replaced R7403 R7402 and is working now. green light is stay on and fan is spining normaly. but i have another problem here.laptop is on and battery procantage its say 95 procent and showing on screen is charging but light on charger cable is green with should be orange. when cable is connected laptop is powering up from power button when cable is dissconected is not powering up buy power button. never had this kind of problems

Disconnect BIL and try to start from battery only.
Also do a PRAM reset.
Try other battery too...

i disconnected BIL and put new battery and nothing. no powering up from battery

Exact voltage for PPBUS_G3H?
Also post voltage and resistance to ground for SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
Post exact onboard value (ohm scale) for R7080/81 and R7085/86.
