820-3115-A U7200 ID help needed

Hi,

I believe that U7200 is faulty. The ID is unreadable from the chip its self. I have a couple of donor boards but both U7200 already taken.

I want to order a single chip quickly from a UK seller rather than wait for more donor boards. Will any of these work?
