820-3115-b charger stops working

hi, got an 820-3115-b, works fine except that the charger shuts off after a while (light goes off and its not detected). Only happens with battery connected. I have to unplug and plug the charger again for it to start working again.

Tried 3 different batteries, different charger and different DC in jack,

Test the machine disconnecting BIL.
The battery is charging properly?

Yes, the battery usually chargers for about +1% then the charger shuts off.

Check resistance between pins 17/18 and 27/28 of U7000.
Run EFI ASD with battery connected, if possible.

U7100:

Resistance between pins 17/18 = 3.6 ohms

Resistance between pins 27/28 = 0L

ASD with battery connected says nothing.

Check R7021/22 and their traces.
