820-3115-b charger stops working

hi, got an 820-3115-b, works fine except that the charger shuts off after a while (light goes off and its not detected). Only happens with battery connected. I have to unplug and plug the charger again for it to start working again.

Tried 3 different batteries, different charger and different DC in jack,

The charger stops working even with everything disconnected.

Yes, the battery usually chargers for about +1% then the charger shuts off.
