I tried with a clear ME from vinafix and same issue, tried different RAM Sticks and same.

Any help?

I omitted an important part of the issue, the laptop stucks on loading logo when booting from USB Mac OS installer, it seems is not recgonizing the internal HDD, tested with SSD with high sierra and same. Tried that SSD with High sierra via USB and doesnt detect/boot.
