this board has all the voltages including the VCORE, but it does not show an image.

When it is connected to the source it reaches a consumption of 0.800 ma then it rises to 1.040 am little by little.

my question, what should I check in these models.

I understand that it could be the PCH, trash under it, or even some malfunctioning circuit that locks out my ignition.

What is the exact VCORE voltage after 10-15s?

Any history fault available?

Board is stuck, VCORE should drop to 0.75V aprox.
Did you try one good RAM module at time, each slot?
Also try known good BIOS.
